Growing up in the big city, Tanz Watson wanted to be on those billboards he saw as a child. Mesmerized by the glitz and glamour of the lifestyle of actors he saw, he decided to be a part of their world. He thought if one must live life, they should live it to the fullest. Watson was very influenced by the actors he saw on the television as a child and he always wondered what their world would be like, pursuing their dreams and then living their lives by how they wanted to live it. He started taking acting seriously and practiced day and night for what he wanted to pursue in life. Growing up amongst great actors and singers, he wanted to become like them. Enjoying what they love and making a career out of it. His hard work eventually paid off which showed in his work. Slowly and gradually, he worked his way up the acting community and started being recognized in the industry,

Watson had a knack for acting. One day in 2012, he caught the attention of a French director, famous for her work in Dalida released in 2016, Lisa Azuelos, and producers Michael Shamberg, Stacey Sher, and Miley Cyrus’ mother, Tish Cyrus. His chance in luck started to accelerate when he got offered a job to work with an international pop sensation, Miley Cyrus. He got ecstatic when he got to know how his hard work paid off and he landed a job with one of the most famous people in the entire world who is not only an actress but also a singer-songwriter.

Watson absolutely loved working with the idol and his acting skills really shined in this project. His talent was challenged as he had to play the role of composing himself and said that he learned a lot with the experience. This project led him to be recognized by other talent agencies and thus his stairway to stardom started.

He had an interest in boxing as well with him being a huge fan of the world-famous, Muhammad Ali. He was very heartbroken when the announcement of Muhammad Ali’s death was released and he also shared a post for him on his Instagram account thanking him for his service and just being an amazing person.

Being tall with a height of 6 feet 2 inches, Basketball was made easier for him. He spent days on the court practicing and playing basketball with his friends and teammates. He enjoyed the rigorous sport and used it as a release if he was ever feeling down. He was a huge fan of a professional American basketball player of the Los Angeles Lakers team, Kobe Bryant. He followed his career for years and wanted to be just like him when it came to basketball.

Watson really loved his family. He always had a loving relationship with his family and especially his grandmother who he called “Nona”. He looked up at her and always went to her for advice and shared his excitement and grief. She was his best friend.

Watson is also very much into being fit. He spends almost every day at the gym. He takes healthy diets in order to maintain his health and body. On days that he does miss the gym, he tries to work out at home in order to not break the process. He believes that if the body is healthy, the brain can do much more than one can ever imagine.
