In a city that personifies the essence of exuberance, where the young are automatically motivated to do something great is the city of Columbus in the US state of Ohio, a young Rob Ellis was born. At a very young age, Rob was influenced by his surroundings which developed his mind to move towards being able to do something good on his own. He started developing an entrepreneurship mindset before he even knew what the word meant.
Rob Ellis got his High school Diploma from Southview High School in Ohio. His high school education persuaded him to follow the path of becoming his own boss in today’s world where the job market isn’t always so stable. Also, he let his creativity shine in projects and showcased them at his school. Later on, in 2011, Rob got admitted to the University of Miami and then onto The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business, where he got his Bachelor of Science, business administration, finance, and corporate finance track. In his university life, Rob started getting into the finance side of business thus he entered various competitions and attended workshops. He became a finalist in Deloitte & Touche U.S.A. LLP 2013 Ohio State Business Plan Competition where he was one of the 20 teams working for a very competitive business plan worth the prize money of $130,000 in cash and services for business startups. He was also in the 2012 PricewaterhouseCoopers xTREME Taxation Case Competition where he was the Ohio State Semi-Finalist. He led a team of five students in designing and presenting a solution to an accounting case in front of a panel of PwC partners. Rob Ellis was not coming slow and wanted to learn as much as he could before entering the practical world so he could develop his own identity.
Rob interned at various companies including the likes of BetterInvesting where he was an audit and tax intern. He did various amounts of tasks including incorporating past receipts and prices to evaluate and analyze current product costs, built an excel model to update when component costs for each type of product changed. If that was not enough, he even forecasted future product costs based on rising component costs and inflation and reconciled accounts receivable and payable for each type of investment club. He also interned at other companies inducing that of Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., Chrysler Group LLC, and Skilken. Then for a short amount of time, he became a Math Tower Receptionist in the university of Ohio State.
After his vast amount of experience in the field of accounts and finance, he jumped into the pool of real estate. At List Reality, an LLC, he got licensed as a real estate salesperson in the Columbus City, Ohio area. Later on, he started working at various real estate companies to the likes of Realty Executives Decision, RE/MAX Metro Plus, Keller Williams Realty, Inc., Key Realty LTD, and Haus Development. With the passage of time, Rob saw a huge potential in the demolition aspect of real estate. He saw how much one can earn from the demolition of various buildings, houses, barns, garages, etc. even to the extent of million-dollar houses. He once took to his Instagram account and showed he was getting paid $25,000 for breaking 300 boxes. Rob also became the president of his own demolition company which he named Pink Dumpster Rentals.
This led Rob to become a demolition contractor where he was sent to various sites to demolish them. According to his Instagram account, he seems to enjoy his work a lot and will continue this path.
Apart from all the work that he has done in his life, Rob Ellis enjoys the company of his friends and his girlfriend, Madison. His Instagram stories comprises of him having fun with his friends at various locations one of which he was sitting at a club where everyone and everything had sparklers on them.
