Interview with The Salwa(@thesalwa.ae)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

I am passionate about artwork and fashion and grew up in a family with talent in fashion and artwork.

Can you share the most exciting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

I am receiving many interesting comments from fans and followers who are inspired by the surrealist artwork and fashion designs I do. And this encourages me to continue on this journey of creativity.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?

Is to be passionate about the work they do. What you are passionate about should be a priority, not the money, when you start any business. To create value for other people. The value we do at the Salwa brand is the creation through our artwork, which inspires many people and lets them think about its meaning.

None of us can achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a person you are grateful for who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

My parents. My father is an artist and taught me a lot from a young age about art. My mother is a fashion designer, and she has heard her line in fashion. I witnessed a lot of dresses she designed which brought this knowledge to my mind on what fabrics to choose and how to choose colors that fit the overall look.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

Art is an inspiration. The surrealism artwork I do provides a sense of creativity and joy to many people, and there are many lovely comments I received from followers and fans.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

“Art is never finished, only abandoned” – Leonardo da Vinci. Art is in everything, and I use my imagination to come up with questionable types of art, which stops us for a minute to think about the meaning behind surrealist artwork since its creative type goes beyond reality.

How can our readers follow you on social media?
