Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?
in 2015 Fabie and I (franck) met in Barcelona and decided to work together. As part of a professional rconersion, we started cooking classes at the Ferrandi Institute in Paris. Then we opened our take away “the Pan’s Club” here in Barcelona – a stone’s throw from the Picasso Museum in the El Born district
Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?
We received the first week we were open the actor Javier Bardem: he was really too sweet, pleasant and interested in us and our business model. In 2022 we won the “championnat du monde de quiche ” à Paris : http://quicheoftheyear.org/
Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?
You have to be in your local every day to know your customers like us. Applying ourselves every day to selecting the best products from suppliers – and cooking with love and passion.We are a couple with a child so we support each other every day and move forward for the future of our child
None of us can succeed without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?
Yes, we called on Cheffe “Chloe Saada” when we started to help us write the perfect menu and perfect our recipes.
How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?
We will see our employees and their families as part of our family: what we do for us we do for them. Since we opened we have kept the same staff: even after 2 years of covid19
