Interview with The- Dog [email protected] ( The Dog Nutrionist)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

My aim is simple, to support dog owners in taking back control over the health of their dog through food. I’ve committed my life to achieving this goal and I’m proud to have helped countless owners and dogs in the process.
I watched a close (human) friend of mine support his cancer treatment with the right diet. I was blown away by how much food choices impact health. I researched whether the same would be for dogs and I was shocked to find that a lot of the available solutions for dogs when it come to health issues were poor and ineffective. That’s what led me to becoming The Dog Nutritionist.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

I decided to eat like a healthy dog for a month by only eating 70% meat 30% vegetables (no condiments, no alcohol etc) – I ran 310k a month. Lost 8kg and felt the best I have ever felt. I had to put my money where my mouth is and show to my audience that I believe this a healthy approach that I believe in.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?

To live more like a dog. Put down your phone. Start exercising more. Spend more time with friends. Eat healthier whole foods and be outside in nature as much as you can.

None of us can succeed without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

Ollie, my friend who got cancer – who showed me the true power of nutrition and lifestyle.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

Healthier dog = a happier human and vice versa

Do you have a favourite “written Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

“Be More Dog”
