Interview with The Dog Daddy (@thedogdaddyofficial)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?
I am a professional dog trainer, and people have always been impressed with my work; when I started posting videos, they did well, making me want to do it full time.
Can you share the most exciting story that happened to you since you started doing this?
Since starting social media, I have been able to start travelling all over the country to meet clients.
And this year I am scheduled to go to many other countries to bring my services there.
Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?
I would say you need to know why you are doing it.
Know what you’re in it for. And if that’s something you want, you need to learn to be comfortable with the good and bad that comes with this career path.
And stay consistent! It’s essential to have fun, but still, look at this as your job; you have to show up to work every day if you want to thrive.
None of us can achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?
I have several people help me along the way. I learned that if you work hard, stay consistent, and do good work, people, in general, will be more willing to help you in different ways.
If you sit there and feel sorry for yourself, you’re less likely to find people who want to do anything for you.
How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?
I’m thankful that with my platform, I can inspire others to follow their dreams; I can also help thousands of people either online or in-person through the services that I provide as a dog trainer to help them with their dogs.
Do you have a favourite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?
Work to build your dreams, or someone else will hire you to help build theirs.
I love this quote because I never liked having to work for someone else, and it takes a little bit of courage and commitment to be your boss, but I have done it. And I couldn’t be happier.
How can our readers follow you on social media?
My handle for Instagram is @TheDogDaddyy
And you can find me on all platforms with that handle or type The Dog Daddy.
Anything specific you’d like to have mentioned in the article?
I am a professional dog trainer, I have reached a large audience outside of TikTok as well, I have been featured on the daily mail, inside edition, and other major news. But people didn’t know me as The Dog Daddy yet; they just referred to me as the pack leader or that guy with the pack of dogs.
But I am The Dog Daddy 🙂
