Interview with Talha Zahid (@t.zzz)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

I chose this career because I love working with computers, So I wanted to continue improving my abilities in my own business

Can you share the most interest in exciting happened to you since you started doing this?

When I started working in Tech sector, A friend’s dad offered me $100 to come fix his computer, no questions asked. I said I couldn’t promise anything, but that I’d take a look. He showed me that when he opens Internet Explorer, nothing comes up, so his internet must be broken. I looked at the address bar. It said “ww.msn.com” Somehow his homepage got set to ww.msn.com. I told him he didn’t have to pay me, but he insisted, saying he doesn’t go back on his word. In other words, I got paid $100 for typing a W.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?

Being a driven, dedicated, motivated employee is a wonderful thing, but maintaining both happiness and productivity requires a healthy work-life balance. Taking the time to slow down and appreciate the little things can make all the difference. Ensuring that employees know how to avoid burnout at work, taking breaks from the stresses, and finding balance, can allow employees to reach their goals and lead organizations to long-term success and productivity.

None of us can succeed without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

From the beginning of my career I was anti-social so had very few people around me at certain stages I wanted to give up but it usually take me 2-3 hours to tell myself I’m the only one who can fulfill my dreams so I motivated myself from the beginning.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

I always try to help people grow especially in my surrounding. I try to motivate them towards their work as I believe in giving and helping people.

Do you have a favorite “written Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

And once the storm is over, you won’t remember how you made it through, how you managed to survive. You won’t even be sure, whether the storm is really over. But one thing is certain. When you come out of the storm, you won’t be the same person who walked in. That’s what this storm’s all about.
