Interview with Style Duplicated (@styleduplicated

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

We have been best friends for over 20 years and wanted to bring our lives and favorite recommendations to our blog and the gram!

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

The strangest thing is when we get recognized in public. It’s always so fun and bizarre!

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?

Stay true to who they are and don’t try to play a character, people will see right through that over time and that will get so old to keep up with.

None of us can succeed without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

Shay Shull from Mix and Match Mama has always been so supportive and shared about us even with our much smaller following.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

Yes! We love connecting with our followers and getting very personal with what we share from our lives. We try to bring a positive and realistic approach to co parenting, life after divorce, being a busy mom, work/life balance, etc.

Do you have a favourite “written Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

“Be so completely yourself that everyone else feels safe to be themselves too.”
I live by this quote and am a huge advocate for authenticity, transparancy and just genuinely connecting with people on real topics in a sea of overly edited and somewhat fake influencers.

How can our readers follow you on social media?

@styleduplicated on instagram is our most active social channel

Anything specific you’d like to have mentioned in the article?

It’s never too late to go for it! Jeni and I were in our late 30s when we started this lifestyle blog and age has not mattered one single bit. There are always people out there that will love what you are doing at any age!
