Interview with SoMN_District54 (@somn_district54)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

This company is a well-known company in the USA, it is working on providing services to people in different areas. After my studies, I wanted to join something like this, and I joined it right now working in a manager position. I believe my skills are well-suited because… I’ve been doing this for years, and now I have a great experience.

Can you share the most interest in exciting happened to you since you started doing this?

The most exciting part of my work is that it involves training employees. I love when I get the chance to share my knowledge with other people. Furthermore, I get to work with diverse communities and learn a lot of new and exciting knowledge from them. It makes me grow as a person.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?

Always try to define big picture on where you want to reach and you should choose a career based on your skills. Appropriate career planning is important. In order to deal with burnout, try to always have plan B. it makes you confident rather than burning out with the consequences.

None of us can succeed without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

I would definitely have to give credit to my Mom and Dad, who stood by me every step of the way and gave me hope when I was down. Secondly, my friends- have always supported me through my thick and thin.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

Every field has become competitive and requires effort and courage to achieve goals. I try to motivate young people by sharing tips and tricks for entrepreneurs, sales agents, and young talented individuals.

Do you have a favourite “written Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

Success is not final, failures are not final. It’s the courage that counts.
