Interview with Serena (@serenamfit)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

I have always been a creator, and I have always loved helping others. I choose to continue my life as a health and wellness coach because It truly makes me happy to help Women reinforce positive changes in their lives. I grew up an athlete, so a healthy lifestyle as always very important to me. As a digital creator, and a model – it began as a creative outlet for me to express myself because I was shy coming into my teen years, but I fell in love with it along the way and began pursing it more seriously..

Can you share the most interest in exciting happened to you since you started doing this?

I can’t pin point just one honestly. I have shared so many amazing experiences with people all over the world doing what I do.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?

I recommend listening to your body. If you are taking on too much at once, your body will be the first to tell you. Rest is the most important. And I think allowing yourself to still enjoy hobbies / interests outside of work.

None of us can succeed without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

My parents have always pushed me to be the best that I can be. And Over the years, I have crossed paths with so many people who have unknowingly taught me so much. I am thankful for each encounter and lesson I have gained throughout my life.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

I try to. I think it’s really important to give back to the community. volunteering is something I love to do. In both animal and human shelters. I want to help in any way that I can.

Do you have a favourite “written Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

I do not have a favorite quote at the moment. But I think overall the relevance to me still means that you can be born again, no matter where you are in life or what happens to you. And to just keep pushing no matter what. I have lived many lives and I am only 26, but that would have never happened had I quit when things got tough.

How can our readers follow you on social media?

Instagram (@serenamfit) and my tik tok (@fitserena) are my 2 main running accounts.

Anything specific you’d like to have mentioned in the article?

I would like my positive impact in the community, and on social media to be mentioned. As well as the rise of my online health coaching business for women.
