Interview with Sandro Carosella (@sandrocarosella)
Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?
Entrepreneurship and being my own boss were appealing ideas to me pretty close to when I knew I had to start thinking about higher education and my “future”. Since every child’s future is made to be such an uncertain and scary thing, I wanted to follow my own path by starting my own online business and not tie myself to something I wasn’t sure I wanted to finish. That thought pushed me to not pursue university or college and go straight into a business and today, here we are.
Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?
Be meticulous and calculated. My tips to all entrepreneurs and business hopefuls are simple. Challenge yourself, define yourself by selecting your own desired path and walk on it with your head held high, plan and be organized with your ideas and thoughts and any move you could make, always be open to experiencing new things everyday and be open to learning. Learning never stops and it teaches you that things never come easy.
None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?
I thank my parents and am very grateful that they never discouraged me from starting my business or dissuade me in my decisions. I think that gave me confidence and faith in my decisions.
How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?
I started Live Trading Mentor which hopefully can equip potential day traders and entrepreneurs with the skills and knowledge they need for having the kind of life that they want yet also be smart, tactical and aware of the market.
Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?
“Never stop learning, because life never stops teaching.” This is an important to always remember because life and its progression is a new lesson that you learn every single day. Being open to experiences and failure is also important when you want to start or run a business.
