Interview with Sam Kunda (@samkunda16)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

Since Turbo Masters was always a family-owned business, I found myself being keen of automobiles and their inner workings, how they run, how they’re maintained etc. And although there was never any compulsion for me to align myself with the business, I naturally gravitated towards it and I enjoy helping out.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

Do things that you have a drive for and love, because things can easily become monotonous and you could find yourself losing interest in the things you once enjoyed thoroughly.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

For now, I just have my family and friends to thank. Not just when it comes to Turbo Masters and the people involved in that, but in life generally.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

I’m not sure if I have personally been involved, but I have helped with Turbo Masters and we have become a reliable place for people who need services involving repairing or replacing. I think my knowledge of automobiles have helped people understand their vehicle better. That in itself is a very important thing because it can help avoid accidents and avoidable incidents on the road.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

“If you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.” – Marc Anthony

I once heard this quote and since then, I’ve grown to really understand what it means to do what you love. Like I said previously, its easy to get tired of things when you don’t have a passion for them, and when you’re doing the things that you really love, it doesn’t feel burdensome or boring.
