Interview with Saeed Moslemi (@moslemieu)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

Thanks a lot. Approximately ten years ago, when I finished high school, I always wanted to start my own business and make the world a better place, but I did not have enough expertise to do so. I studied electricity at university but left after the fourth semester to work for an advertising company. My job at that company led me to choose my career path and continue it. Five years later, I was able to receive a Google degree and join Google’s advertising partners. I have reached my goal. I have ZigZag Network. Our company helps content creators earn more money by standardizing their content and channels. One of our other services is copyright management. We currently help over 1,000 clients secure their content across the Internet.

Can you share the most exciting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

Sure, of course. Some of our customers are YouTubers. According to some countries’ laws, we are not allowed to work with YouTubers under 18. We were contacted by a YouTuber who wanted to work with us. After reviewing his request, we accepted it, but a year later discovered that he was only 14 years old. That was an exciting memory. Since then, we have worked with younger YouTubers.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

The pursuit was one of the factors that made us successful, and I would recommend it to others. I caution them not to be careless and not to give up. Even if they fail, they know that failure is a stepping stone to success. We did not give up, and we did not disappoint.

None of us can achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person whom you are grateful for who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

That’s right, you’re right. My parents were the first to help and support me. Without them, I would not have been able to achieve my goals. I am grateful to them. The manager of the first company I worked for was one of the people who helped and supported me. Its name was Shayan. Through him, I found my way. Today, it is my colleagues in the company who keep me going. I thank them all.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

As a result of the business I have now, content creators have a better life, and I’m happy about that. In addition, we can stop pirates and support content producers through another service we offer in the company. I am satisfied with this accomplishment.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

I read many business books. They all taught me valuable lessons. However, the most important lesson I learned was from Steve Jobs. I am not afraid of failure. He was too. I recommend that everyone read his life story. It’s a story about life and business.

How can our readers follow you on social media?

I work on Instagram and Twitter in my language. I will soon have a YouTube channel for myself and my own name. I’m pleased that your readers are following me.

Anything specific you’d like to have mentioned in the article?

No, Thanks.
