Interview with Qua Solo (@quasolofficial)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

Behind Qua Solo, born in 2000, Pietro is hiding. He approaches music thanks to the influence of his musician father, who transmitted this passion to him since he was a child. His stage name represents the sense of isolation and loneliness he felt in not feeling accepted by others for his solitary character; but thanks to the music Qua Solo he found the strength to face prejudices and to express his feelings to the fullest. For him, writing and composing is a real outlet and freedom of communication. Over the years he has published several songs, which have met with some success, such as “Ambra”, “Cicatrici”, “Non sei tu” and “Temporale”; but it is with “I will take care of you” that Qua Solo has obtained excellent feedback on a digital level. The single made it to some Spotify and iTunes charts (winning first place in Viral 50 on Spotify for two weeks in a row). The song also surpassed 2 million plays on Spotify and over 3 million views on YouTube. What matters for Qua Solo is to excite and communicate to people that you must always believe in yourself.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

Since I started making music the best thing that happened to me was seeing one of my songs first in the charts

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?

Always be yourself

None of us can achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a person you are grateful for who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

Since I was little, my father, also a musician, has always given me a hand and has always supported me in all my choices.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

Writing songs, the most important thing for me is to convey emotions, I believe in my little one that I succeeded, with I’ll take care of you my latest single that has become part of the life of many people doing good

Do you have a favourite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

As I have already said, being yourself is a fundamental thing, sometimes I have found myself in particular situations where it is difficult to remain yourself but this has helped me to strengthen this thing
