Interview with PocketVet (@pocket.vet)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

Being a pet owner, I better understand the problems pet owners face. They are a lot stressed in taking a pet to a vet, that’s why during these days idea came to my mind to come up with something that would gain attraction and makes people work easier. This work gives me satisfaction as im contributing to pet’s health.

Can you share the most interest in exciting happened to you since you started doing this?

The interesting part of my work is that I got time to play with different pets. In addition, different NGOs and shelter homes approach me for help and treatment, I just love spending time there and providing treatment to those beautiful souls.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?

I recommend they never give up without a fight because they never know what opportunities hide behind when they give up on something they’re passionate about.

None of us can succeed without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

Yes, you are right, we all need support in our lives. Sometimes days feel like hell and family support plays a huge role. I am so grateful to my family who always supported me and gave me courage in my bad times.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

I am bringing goodness by serving humanity and animals. The most difficult thing for a vet is to understand the patient as he cannot ask what the matter is. Treating or providing a platform for it is a social cause itself.

Do you have a favourite “written Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

“The only ones among you who will be really happy are those who will have sought and found how to serve.”
