Interview with Pickled Stamps (@PickledStamps )

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

I started off looking for a custom stamp for my Christmas Invitations. The designs online were amazing but I really wanted to put my special touch on it. I studied Graphics and Design in my earlier years. I started to draft some ideas and whilst doing this I really loved seeing my creativeness come out. Pickled Stamps (under the umbrella of Pickled Socks) was born!! Originally I made custom socks with cute designs and monograms – hence the name “Pickled Socks” I have kept this business name, as I now have a myriad of custom products. Just like the sock pile in my laundry – many variations, colors, and designs!! All of our products are exclusive and 100% made in the USA. We take great pride in the work we do and want to make sure you are just as happy with your items as we are!

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

Our biggest achievement was hitting the $10,000,000 revenue mark. We had set our five-year target back when we first started and we are 2 years ahead of schedule. The team started with just me but now we are lucky to have a team of 20 mini Pickles running the Pickled Stamps company 🙂

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?

Take the time to identify your true sound. Achieve big, and always be ready to face failure. It will boost your skills.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

I would say my family keeps me really grounded. There are times when I felt like giving up but they always remind me of how far I’ve come from, and that gives me the extra boost to keep pushing and working hard.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

Yes, I do a lot of charitable work for my local community. I always make time for people that need an ear, from my closest family member to all my fans, I always listen to them and give my personal opinion or advice. I often put people before me as I love to help. I also give advice to artists starting out who look up to me, from songwriting to song construction.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

It not that hard to start a business. Everything you need is at your fingertips! If you put in the hard yards it will eventually pay off.
