Interview with Nick Peroni

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

Everyone who starts from nothing know show it feels to see the results of your efforts materialize. When my first attempt at being an entrepreneur saw immense success, I knew the end was no where near in sight. There was no where to go but up, so I dabbled into e-commerce and, well, here we are.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

In the world of e-commerce, you’d be hard-pressed to not find a solution to all your problems with a click of a button. What’s important in such a competitive market is to continuously evolve, know the people you are providing to and always be at the top of your game. When your UI and UX prove to people that they are being catered to, you will realize how far customer loyalty can take you.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

Who else but my friends, family, and my competitors? You live and you learn, and running businesses in this day and age teaches you a thing or two and when you always come out of those experiences learning things of immeasurable value, you end up being thankful to a lot of people.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

In times where so many factors have played into people becoming so distrusting of e-commerce, being genuine and transparent in my business has been my contribution.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

“Failure is not the opposite of success; it’s part of success.” – Arianna Huffington.

With the road I took to where I am now, I can confirm that the path to success is not an elevator, it’s definitely a trek up a mountain in harsh conditions. A lot of things in life will work against you, but your real downfall will be the fear of failure. Failure is something you embrace and learn from.
