Interview with Mohamed EL-Sayed Hussein (@muhaelsayed
Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?
I’ve always had an interest in this career or type of job from a young age my parent encouraged me to get into it, and I found that I like it a lot also caring about helping people and making and impact and this career allows me to do that I feel comfortable. I truly feel like I fit in and I am being who I am at work. I can dress the way I’m comfortable dressing. I’m surrounded by people with similar interests, and I can progress professionally without the red tape. I feel like I’m finally where I belong…When you love what you do it isn’t work any more it’s your passion.
Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?
Be Uniquely Qualified, Share Your Motivation People will be more engaged and even more inclined to offer you help if they believe your intentions are authentic. Communicating your motivation is the way to communicate your passion.
None of us can succeed without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?
My father he supported me along the way he treated me like an investment and that’s what I really appreciate it
How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?
I have engorged people to do charity work a log the way
Do you have a favourite “written Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?
Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.
