Interview with Mark Pepra (@markpepra)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

I started my career in a different lot but transferred within this field and liked this new area more. I wasn’t enjoying my carrier in the past, so I decided to shift my room. Now, here I am with new passion, values, and enthusiasm. I believe my skills are well-suited because… I’ve been doing this for years, and now I have a great experience. I care about helping people and making an impact, and this career allows me to do that.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

My exciting story is that I get to work with diverse communities and learn a lot of new and exciting knowledge. It makes me grow as a person.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?

Understand that you can always do something to change the world, but something doesn’t have to be big and glorious. Give yourself the space to rest when the sun goes down.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

I would have credit to my Mom and Dad, who stood by me every step of the way and gave me hope when I was down. Secondly, my friends- have always supported me through thick and thin.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

If you have that first sale or find yourself unemployed — I encourage you to volunteer for a cause, donate and decide to connect to the collective human spirit. We are generous creatures, so my success is yours, and your success is mine. We share our stories and use our success for good because it adds to our shared humanity. My work and my success are a source of goodness for the hard workers.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

A line that I love the most is “The only ones among you who will be happy are those who will have sought and found how to serve.” Everyone has talent in them,d they should serve people with their skill and knowledge as I always love to share my expertise with newbies in my field.

How can our readers follow you on social media?

They can easily follow me on Instagram, whose user-id is @markpepra.

Anything specific you’d like to have mentioned in the article?

Let me know if you want to know more about me and my work.
