Interview with Luh Munee Kashe
Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?
I grew up listening to rap music my whole life. Since a child, I have been fascinated with rap artists and how they express their feelings through music composition. So I tried following them and recording my music since 14, and then I was confident that I would become a rap artist in the future.
Can you share the most exciting story that happened to you since you started doing this?
I am meeting new people and famous rap artists from all around the world. I have traveled to many places sharing my music with others, and have met amazing people who have changed my perspective on music. It’s a thrilling feeling to watch people on screen, admire them and then get a chance to see them in person.
Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?
The music industry is pretty tough, so do not lose hope if you aren’t getting enough views or followers. Since an early age, I have always focused on composition and improving myself. The fame is always secondary for a true artist: always remember that.
None of us can achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?
I am very grateful for my family, who has been by my side along this crazy journey of rap music, and my followers, who give me confidence in my work and appreciate it.
How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?
I am currently looking for other artists to collaborate with as I believe in creating music. I would love to support other artists and make beautiful compositions for our audiences!
Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?
“Forget yesterday, live for today” I live my life according to this quote as it is essential to keep going forward and not look back at your failures and mistakes in life. That’s the beauty of life: we heal.
