Interview with Lincoln CPT (@just_lincolns_)
Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?
I have had many doctors tell me I can’t work out or do physical activities due to titanium vertebrae in my spine. I have exceeded any expectations of my recovery and want to help others exceed what they believe in their own bodies as well.
Can you share the most interest in exciting happened to you since you started doing this?
I never sought this career path. It was only after someone asked me to help them to get into better health, when we blew away the goals we set in the beginning in half the amount of time, it set me on a path to want to help more people.
Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?
Take personal time. Without giving yourself whatever you need you will not be able to maintain any real type of success for others. Fresh mind and fresh body are what they look for in a coach.
None of us can succeed without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?
Brian Highnote. He helped to push me through a period in my life when I was overweight and had no real muscle. The transition in just a few months was incredible. I couldn’t have done it without his help.
How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?
I train people for free. I try to give back as much as possible and try to always show people there is a positive outlook no matter the situation
Do you have a favourite “written Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?
