Interview with [email protected](Ktf.Kw)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

IWe are a tennis federation in Kuwait and we promote the sports in the gulf region and welcome all tennis players to train them and prepare them for global tournaments. What brought us to this is the unpopularity of the tennis in this region and our aim to change that.

Can you share the most interest in exciting happened to you since you started doing this?

Back in early 2020 before covid, we the kuwait tennis federation had an opening ceremony for the launch of our centre court. We have invited Rafa Nadal which he accepted and came all the way from Spain to Kuwait to play in the opening night against David Ferrer and he liked our facilities and gave the people a show that they still remember.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?

I recommend they never give up without a fight because they never know what We seek all tennis fans to enjoy the game and its lifestyle rather than training for unbelievable hours and getting burned out while they could have been given a sensible schedule from us which includes time for training and time for enjoying life without having the stress which the sport might bring before global tennis tournaments.

None of us can succeed without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

The entire staff at Kuwait Tennis Federation are dedicated to the improvement of the game in the region and they give all their time towards helping the players, coaches and even tennis fans to enjoy the sport. One story we can share is once the players bus broke down so the staff in Kuwait Tennis Federation volunteered to pick up the players to and from courts and provided their families with free meals as well where some staff had cooked food in their homes and shared with everyone. It’s quite of an environment where we’re just one big family rather than colleagues.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

We believe that in Kuwait Tennis Federation it’s by the people, from the people, to the people. We support all players and coaches and fans mentally before physically and we care about their wellbeing and we take care of their education, families and any time they are in need. We often hold charity events where we have tennis tournaments and all proceeds go to several charities around the world to end hunger and poverty.

Do you have a favourite “written Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

“GiveAll I can say is the world is still full of happiness and there are many good people out there who their existence bring joy to life and when people love each other just for who they are it is when true peace is achieved.
