Interview with Khaled (@taief_c)
Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?
Podcast has always been a thing that I wanted to do. I believe podcast in the best way to bring awareness and also spread love. Once I was in a get together where it was mostly a circle with random conversation. There I took the lead to ask question which resulted in a whole 3 hours conversation. After when we were all leaving someone gave me the idea that I should start a podcast because I ask good questions which can lead to a constructive conversation.
Can you share the most interesting and what exciting happened to you since you started doing this?
The most interesting thing that has happened since I began doing podcast is the amount of change I brought to so many people. My fries episode Aired on March 26 2022. The topic for that episode was “Why do people cheat?” that conversation has touched many hearts. After the podcast few individual came out and confessed that they are or were cheating and the podcast and my guest have totally brought change, which made them quit cheating. This was one of the biggest accomplishment I have had.
Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?
One tip I would give any new podcast starter is that there’s no limit to conversation. When you start speaking and asking questions put your relation with the world outside the studio and just speak your heart. Speak the truth, speak the right. Thats one line that I always tell myself. Audience engagement is super important they are there to interact not just sit there and here 1-4 people talk. Interact ask audience questions, ask them if they agree, reply to their comments and the biggest one yet is ask what is their point of view on the topic you are discussing.
None of us can succeed without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?
I have always listened to Joe Rogan podcast. Even though Joe Rogan podcast has funny and other content, at the end of the podcast you will learn something. His podcast has given me a lot of support moral and mentally. With his podcast I have learned that you do not have to make it obvious that you are trying to teach or spread a good thing, rather do it in a fun manner. Audience love funny stuff compare to a serious 3 hour podcast. Just like that Joe Rogan podcast has funny, serious , and intense moment but at the end there’s always a take away.
How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?
My target though my podcast is to goodness to this world. I have always wanted to do something for the youth. Youth my age, I feel like many times the society is always pushing “study good you be successful” while that is 100% but what out worldly lessons a individual wont be able to survive this difficult world. Through my podcast I would like to bring those lessons and changes.
Do you have a favourite “written Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?
One quote that I always go by is “Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning how to dance in the rain.” by Vivian Greene. This quote will change how you see life. Life gives us chances but we often think it isn’t right before we even try. Dont wait for another chance to do something good for yourself and the world. Take that chance and dance With meaning make the best of it don’t sit there the thinking It is not good enough. No it is you wont get the taste of the fruit if you do not try it.
