Interview with Kelechi Ugoanusi
Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?
The drive to gain success, to live life to its fullest potential, and the strive for a successful life lead me to this career path that begun with me telling myself that I have to be someone and make sure that have no compromises in my life.
Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?
I would tell them to make sure that they enjoy life as they do what they’re doing and to make sure that they’re grateful for every little achievement that they get as it helps to believe in yourself more and to want to move forward without feeling burnt out.
None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?
I would like to thank my family and all the people that have shown their immense support and loyalty throughout my life and continue to be there for me when I need them. This includes Wilmington (DE) Alumni Nupes, the Diamond Chapter Nupes, and all other brothers along the way.
How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?
I make sure that I appreciate every little bit of success that I have and am grateful for it and try my best to convey the message to grow and achieve more through my presence and influence and through voluntary acts like the Autism Walk to bring more awareness to different communities that need support.
Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?
“It’s safe to say that growth is an uncomfortable process and change is a necessary investment for progress.”
This quote has helped me through different hard stages of my life and helped me get through hard times.
