Interview with Kadybeauty (@kadybeautyhair)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

After praising Allah (SWT) Mohamad(PUH), my parents, husband, family, and friends, I am khadijatou NDOYE AKA Kadybeauty, born in Senegal 🇸🇳 west Africa tribe Lébous under the sign of Leo ♌️ I always been a hard-working woman and lived failure as a lesson learned and graduated, my Integrity and grinding for success helped me tremendously to never looked back always forward, the sky is my limit. I when to Italy to finish my studies and got my masters in business management and fashion designs. But the hair was something in me. I knew it was my calling and purpose. When I touched my client’s hair, I knew what was best for her. the feeling and effortlessness to complete a style always bring me joy and happiness. One day a client told me I was anointed, and I knew that I had to answer my true calling; I love what I do every day, no days off. My mom always told me that if you do what you love, you will never work a day of your life! So trust me, I’m tender. I started my braid wigs lines to please all Queens like me or anyone with hair problems ( cancer, attraction, alopecia, etc.) to enjoy any style still.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

After blessing a client with my Royal treatment, she hugged me tight and told me I’m a miracle worker, and I bring their confidence back. At this point is not just hair but a deep connection and trust, nothing like having a client who became friends and now family. Each one of them is a custom-made connection. I found my inner peace doing hair.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?

I never chased it; I just made it; Integrity, consistency, and hardness always pay off.

None of us can achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person whom you are grateful for who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

With my trust in Allah (SWT) and my hard work, I have a special client with very fine hair, but she trusted me so much that it allowed me to experiment and master Kady’s Lita bomb twist and Kady’s signature micro Nubian twist now my best selling styles and copyright 100% owned by kady beauty and working on Kady’s micro life locks with extensions (Bellessa locks with extensions)I knew it, she was God sent. Her name is miss Denise Jones. She is my first mentally, spiritually, and financially; she saw me when I didn’t even know my potential! I’m forever grateful for her, even though she always said I was the Answer to her prayers. Like many of my clients of heart ❤️ Faith, trust and loyalty brought us together.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

Bringing beauty and confidence to every person who crossed my path. I share talent, knowledge, and wisdom with all my Queens and kings. Knowing I’m serving my purpose makes my mission easier, and this is just the beginning.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

My dad said, “the poorest person in the world knows your monthly salary “he always saw me as an entrepreneur and always cheered me up to challenge myself, find my purpose, and remember that being second is the first to lose. My mom always reminded me I was God’s favorite, and the sky was the limit. So I had a salary, and now I’m paying the salary. Praise Allah (SWT); if I did it, you can too!

Anything specific you’d like to have mentioned in the article?

She does it all. She’s a member of the Innovation black chamber of commerce (IBCC). She took the African hair braiding to the next level (quality work and professionalism) 5 stars earned. She organized the first Senegalese fashion and beauty in Killeen, Texas, on 08/17/2019, at the community center! But COVID19 slows her down, but she’s looking forward to showcasing more about the African community and why not bringing artists and making it an annual event!
