Interview with Josh Alballero (@joshalballero
Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?
I saw the opportunity to help founders and business owners with one of the most important aspects of their operation, their financials..
Can you share the most interest in exciting happened to you since you started doing this?
I have become more knowledgeable of the ins and outs of most industries. Even those industries I had not ideas existed.
Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?
Work hard with the focus and aim to ultimately work smart. Its not how much you work, its what you do in the the hours you are working. Also, learn to delegate. You cant build a successful business by running a one man band for ever.
None of us can succeed without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?
My co-founder and business partner, but most important my wife. I could not be here with our her talent, and dedication. She bring to the table everything that I am missing.
How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?
Showing and teaching others that success isn’t easy but it is possible. Success is a line that is always moving, so one should never say, “I’ve got this.”
Do you have a favourite “written Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?
“I’m convinced that about half of what separates the successful entrepreneurs from the nonsuccessful ones is pure perseverance.” – Steve Jobs
