Interview With Johnnie Paxton (@jpaxton323)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?
My goal is to show anyone and everyone, no matter where you started you can achieve anything. Whether it is an educational or business goal, as long as you set your mind to it, you will be able to achieve it.
Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?
The most interesting story is when I felt all doors were closing in on me I began to realize that I have to work harder because I have children that depend on me. If I give up, the only people that will suffer are my children because of that I decided to work hard so my children can benefit from what I have accomplished.
Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?
I recommend people treat others the way they want to be treated. With this mindset, it will allow you to thrive in anything you try to accomplish.
None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?
There are two people in my life that I feel have helped me along the way. My mother and sister. Both have always been supportive in each and every endeavor I have sought out.
How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?
I definitely treat others the way I want to be treated.
Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?
Treat others the way you would want to be treated in their moment of need.
