Interview with Jenna Leigh Schwartz (@pineapplejshorty)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this    specific career path?

In the last year I began public speaking, I co-founded a nonprofit, lead a womens mentorship group, and becoming more prominent in the NFT /Crypto world in addition to being very well followed and known in the home health care world. I also am in progression of building a lead generation platform for the coaching world. This will enable consumers and (life/business/relationship/executive) coaches to connect.

Can you share the most interest in exciting happened to you since you started doing this?

I have been asked to start speaking on multiple stages and sharing my ability of connection. I am a connector by heart and put me in a room I can match just about anyone with the right person in the room to connect with. I have led people to have major career changes, increase their wealth drastically, and more.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive        and not “burn out”?

spend time getting to know yourself. This will allow you to know what you need in moments of despair. We all recharge differently (also a portion of what I speak on 🙂 )

None of us can succeed without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story? *

I have several mentors that have opened doors for me over the past decade. Due to their influence and my follow through, I have had the luxury of not needing a resume since I was 17 years old.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world? *

I co-founded Work For Peace a domestic violence awareness nonprofit and sit on the committee for a much larger dva group. I find time to host once a month a women’s mentorship group. Each month differs in what we do. One month each woman had the chance to speak about themselves, the next I ran a panel and brought in excellent mentors to speak on how to network. I chose to bring this group to Tampa as a way to honor the mentors who held the doors open for me. I also volunteer to help a few friends host their own personal development events. On all the above, I am proud to say I have not taken a dime to date.

Do you have a favorite “written Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was?

Relevant to you in your life?

Yes! I can’t find them exactly right now – I am trying to look them up.
They were something like the below (I can’t find them anywhere but were sooo significant to me):

“If you don’t do it, who will suffer?”
“Your first will be awful, but you can’t get to your 100th without your first”
