Interview with Jasnoor Records (@jasnoorrecordsofficial)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

Since I was born, my uncle and cousin have been into music; being around them during my school holidays got me listening to music and playing various instruments. I was pretty good at picking up new things. Therefore I took my path into music, and the rest was history.

Can you share the most exciting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

I was sitting in the lounge at Dubai airport on my travels when a little girl approached me with her family, who recognized me from my song releases. We sat and spoke and took pictures. This little girl follows me on social media and always supports my new work that comes out from our record label.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?

Personal time is significant, and you must give time to family. Music is a unique journey in which you can get ideas from daily life routines; therefore, always sitting on the computer in front of a keyboard doesn’t create ideas exploring, and traveling can strike brilliant ideas within your soul that musicians can express via music.

None of us can achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person whom you are grateful for who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

I want to thank my family and my mentor, who has pushed me to get where I am today. Without these few people, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I want to thank these people from the bottom of my heart. I have so many stories to tell, but words cannot describe the drive these few individuals have pushed on me.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

I have worked on many charitable events with my music and have gained many donations towards various charities, and I hope I have helped those in need by using my record label and my musical skills.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

There is a saying in Punjabi which translates to “the longer you wait the sweeter the fruit” I have many times where I’ve had to wait for materials to be released which were out of my control but one good thing that came from those particular releases it got my name out in the industry as those songs were played worldwide and this is we’re recognition came from.

How can our readers follow you on social media?

Anything specific you’d like to have mentioned in the article?
