Interview with Jaileen Brown (@officialjaileenmabrown)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?
Us young people want to have the freedom to make life changes whenever we desire. Naturally, we gravitate towards flexible digital occupations. One of these new occupations is that of an influencer.
We’re already influencers… just on a different scale.
Also being an influencer it can gradually become your main job. Also, being an influencer is an opportunity to make a difference.
Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?
Since I’ve became an i influencer, my instagram grew extremely fast! In a few months I went from 2K to 100K from followers.
I interacted with international artists that have millions and millions off followers including Kevin Durante, which is currently following me in IG.
I also got so many opportunities with different upcoming business and famous photographers.
I also got so many people that look up to me as a positive influence and example for our young children.
Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?
Be your self! We live an a world where everyone is trying to be like everyone else without knowingly that, the real catch is by being effortlessly your true self.
None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?
My parents and my followers!
They thought me that you can be yourself and still be loved for being you!
They thought me tgat i do not have to go around with a fake image of my self, faking perfection to be loved or adored.
How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?
Giving out positive vibes, quotes and also giving out encouraging words to young children who needs it the most.
I have had conversations with so many teenagers who believe that they have to be what the world wants to see instead of being just who they are.
I’ve helped lots of them to believe in their selfs but most importantly.. I’ve thought them how to love the person that they are.
Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?
“‎Though nobody can go back and make a new beginning… Anyone can start over and make a new ending.” ― Chico Xavier

I’ve had a rough past, but I’m not a slave to that past!
My past made me, but my past is not who I am today.

Anything specific you’d like to have mentioned in the article?
I’m just an ordinary girl who dreams, who fights for what I believe. Who is trying to show the world that you do not have to be an artist to be known.
You don’t have to be famous to be recognized.
We, ordinary people, are essential, and we are no less than anyone.
