Interview with Jacquess (@thehandofjacquess)
Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?
I think when you’re a born artist, you see things around you, the world around you very differently. I always looked at nature with a keen interest and I think things worked out in a way that I naturally was lead to the world of art.
Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?
Don’t ever let naysayers drag you down because art is a form of expression. There are no rights or wrongs, simply different interpretations and points of view. Never lose your vision or sense for art and the things you create.
None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?
Everyone who has supported me deserves a place in my heart and my gratitude. My friends, family, supporters and inspirations.
How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?
Since I didn’t have any social media presence until recently, I’m not sure if my art reached people other than through clientele and buyers, but I think I have made it this far Because people have appreciated my art and found like-minded interpretations.
Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?
I’m not sure if this qualifies as a quote but I firmly believe that “slow and steady wins the race.” Being impatient doesn’t get you anywhere, and I think my patience and dedication got me where it did, because creating a lasting impression takes time.
How can our readers follow you on social media?
