Interview with Hotel For Homeless Dogs (@hotelforhomelessdogs)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

We attempt to save animals who are in high-kill shelters and are on the verge of being euthanised due to pet overpopulation. We also rescue those pets that can no longer be cared for by their owners.

Can you share the most interesting story you have had since you started doing this?

We get to travel a lot which means seeing exciting things daily. Being daily in endless places is a treat, but our favourite part of travelling is seeing all the beautiful animals.

Which tips would you recommend to your industry colleagues to help them thrive and not “burn out”?

Interact with your followers and be kind. It is important to be yourself and try to uplift others. People love to see positivity.

None of us can achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person whom you are grateful for who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

Yea, you are correct that none of us can achieve everything without the help and support of others. This is the same in our situation, too, as we have a parent, friend, or family member who encouraged us to get into it, and we liked it. We are genuinely grateful to our friends, family, and people who support and believe in our brand and sense.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

We rescue dogs. We love dogs and want all dogs. If there is an image of an old cat lady, we want to be the old dog man eventually. We have shared our journey fostering dogs, how that dogs changed our lives, and the importance of adopting a dog and not shopping. There are so many animals in the shelter that need a loving home.

Do you have a favourite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

“Remember that you must die.” The phrase has its origins in ancient Rome. It is believed that enslaved people paying generals on victory parades whispered the words as a reminder of their commander’s mortality to prevent them from being consumed by hubris (excessive pride and self-confidence).

How can our readers follow you on social media?

They can follow us on Instagram, whose user-id is @hotelforhomelessdogs.

Anything specific you’d like to have mentioned in the article?

We love dogs. We can’t live without them.
