Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?
To get verified on social media accounts and i have found that our skills are well suited for this field of us. We are doing our best and now we have a lot of experience in this field.
Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?
There are many exciting stories that happened to us but one of the best story is when we have gotten asked to present internationally in places like Dubai.
Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?
Take mircovacations! Know you why! I would recommend developing your skills and experience by working with professionals in your field to build your leadership and organisational skills. This will help you achieve your goal of leading teams in the future.
None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?
We are so thankful for our mentors such as Cindy Ivy. She in particular is such an inspiration and has a passion for hand therapy that is contagious.
How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?
15 years of our work are enough to bring goodness to the world and help the needy and talented people.
Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?
“Life is hard” life can be hard and often times can be portrayed as unfair not just for us personally but for everyone. It is what you do with these events that really shape individuals. Professionally, Josh and I were working in a busy hand surgery clinic for a wonderful boss. Our boss ended up losing his contract and we were given one month to move out and find a new job. With both of us having young families this at the time was stressful. From that moment we founded Hand Therapy Academy to share our patient stories and advertise for our new clinics we were both starting! What we didn’t realize is what a great resource this would be for other therapists in the community. It has turned into us starting a hand therapy education business that is fun and interactive for therapists.
