Interview with Geras Peraltas (@geras_peraltas)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

That’s a very good question. The idea was brought on by COVID, unfortunately. I wanted to pick up a new hobby, and I’ve always wanted to be an entertainer/influencer. I want to create funny content and do challenges.

Can you share the most exciting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

There are so many. The fact that I met new people and I managed to reach the goal I set for myself last year. One of the most profound things that have happened.. and it happens a lot, is the stories people tell me about how I have impacted their lives. These are people I have never met in person, yet my content and interaction with me have completely turned their lives around.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?

Continue making this community bigger and with more opportunities for everyone since more of us are grateful, and we are part of this because we like it. I can only say that you are doing a good job, and keep it up; congratulations!

None of us can achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a person you are grateful for who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

The majority of my success has been based on consistency. However, my significant other has played a huge role in my success by recording me. With that being said, they will be a part of my success once we make one of our videos go viral.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

I believe that my content inspires and influences people to pursue whatever their hearts desire despite the adversity or criticism that may come. To still be able to move the way I do with precision and skill is a huge testimony of God’s grace and mercy despite my medical condition.

Do you have a favorite Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

My “Life Lesson Quote” is called “Winners Never Quit, Quitters Never Win” It’s a motto I carry with me everywhere I go, and it’s tatted on my arms as a constant reminder that if I start something, I always have to see it through to the end no matter what. As a soldier, integrity is a huge part of my values, and this quote represents that every time I look at my arms.

How can our readers follow you on social media?

They can easily follow me on Instagram with user-id (@geras_peraltas).

Anything specific you’d like to have mentioned in the article?

If you believe in potential, potential believes in you.
