Interview with Furniture Comforts Ltd (@furniturecomfortsltd)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

It was always difficult to find bespoke wardrobes supplier who was able to understand your vision and was able to provide options in ranges of budget and quality. Having been on the other side as a customer many years ago, we decided to set up a company which allowed for a smooth procedure from initial consultation to completion

Can you share the most interest in what exciting happened to you since you started doing this?

When we started this business, we always wanted to help people achieve their dream homes. We’ve met genuinely amazing people on this journey and they’ve helped us grow by recommending to family. Interestingly we’ve not had to market our business heavily.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?

This business is very demanding. Always be honest with the customer and let them know there is family waiting at home. Its important to make time for your family and children. Customers will understand.

None of us can succeed without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful for who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

For us we’ve started the business from nothing. Our loyal customers have helped us immensely by continuing to recommend us to their friends. In return our company policy is to ensure trust is always maintained. We would be nothing without our amazing customers.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

We work with local temples and donate through their charity to feeding the needy in Central London. We continue working with Shree Swaminarayan Temple in Willesden London and regularly partake in charity work with their charity arm of the temple – Helping Hands whom have received various charity awards with Brent and Harrow.

Do you have a favorite “written Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

“Honesty is the fastest way to prevent a mistake from turning into a failure” There was one event where a customer had overpaid and was very certain they had paid correctly even when we advised of the overpayment. Our team advised the customer the payment was overpaid and the customer genuinely appreciated the honestly. In return, thst specific customer still recommends us work. This journey has allowed us to make amazing friends along the way.
