Interview with Explore Charlotte (@exploreclt)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

Explore Charlotte is a social media agency that plans festivals where young talent is promoted. For so long, I have always wanted to promote young talent. I believe youngsters are more talented, but there are not provided with the opportunity. This platform is designed to encourage diverse talent.

Can you share the most interest in what exciting happened to you since you started doing this?

My exciting story is that I get to work with diverse communities and learn a lot of new and exciting knowledge. It makes me grow as a person. Working with diverse people helped me build my confidence too.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?

Have a healthy lifestyle, exercise, and do not overthink results. Whatever is going to happen will happen. Focus on your efforts and keep your outcomes on GOD.

None of us can succeed without some help along the way. Is there a particular person whom you are grateful for who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

I would have to give credit to my Mom and Dad, who stood by me every step of the way and gave me hope when I was down. Secondly, my friends- have always supported me through thick and thin.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

I always try to share my knowledge with the world. Because I believe sharing is caring. If my knowledge gives something to someone, that’s my success too. I always admire people who do this as well.

Do you have a favorite “written Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

“Good things come to people who wait, but better things come to those who go out and get them.”
