Interview with Ellen TV Show(@Ellentvshow)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

I previously worked as a social media manager but am now a social media entrepreneur. This, along with how much I enjoy looking and creating memes pushed me to making Ellen TV Show and working on its growth.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

Be consistent, original, and motivated. The meme market on Instagram is highly saturated, so to survive, you have to be determined to make it work by being original and smart.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

I owe it all to my wife and family, my friends, but most importantly, Ellen TV Show’s followers. All 3.2 million of you have made it possible for me to continue doing what I love.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

I think Ellen TV Show has been very successful at spreading laughs and positivity. Given that the content is funny and shared so much over Instagram, I’m sure people are happy and enjoying it as much as I enjoy curating it.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

“There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure.” -Colin Powell.

This quotation is very close to me because it has kept me going in some difficult times. Running a page on an app that already has hundreds of thousands of similar accounts can be hard, but I remembered to be strong and learn from what I did wrong and keep going. I think that is what has kept me going.
