Interview with davidfelten (@Davidfelten)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

I always wanted to own my own business and be in control of my future. I work too hard for hourly or salary. I’ve always been great at sales and woke up one morning and took the jump of faith.

Can you share the most interest in exciting happened to you since you started doing this?

I would have to say it was when I flew to Jackson hole Wyoming in first class sat in front of Sandra Bullock and her boyfriend and closed a million dollar resort that same trip.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?

Just like any sales job it’s a numbers game never give up. Surround yourself by people who are thriving in the industry and soak up all you can. As long as your having fun you will make friends along the way and it will never feel like work.

None of us can succeed without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

I would have to say it was my wife. Still to this day she is my biggest motivator and biggest fan.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

I believe in paying it forward. Every time we travel we bring laptops for the kids to use and money for the parents. We try to help out as much as we can. Sometimes we pack a barrel and donate all our old stuff to countries in need.

Do you have a favourite “written Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

I believe in paying it forward. Every time we travel we bring laptops for the kids to use and money for the parents. We try to help out as much as we can. Sometimes we pack a barrel and donate all our old stuff to countries in need.
