Interview with D. Mason (@cityboy_mason)
Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?
I am an emerging artist and have been growing in popularity in the industry just because of my talent and hard work. I always enjoyed listening to music, and as I grew older I found my passion for music intensified. Later on, I decided to join this career path as I knew I can excel in this profession.
Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?
Success belongs to those who dedicate their lives to their profession cum passion. When you work diligently and strive hard to get your dreams materialized, you become successful. I suggest you be consistent in your work and struggle, have patience, and stay committed to your profession.
None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?
I am thankful to God for blessing me with loving, caring, and supportive parents and family members. They always keep supporting, encouraging, and motivating me. Besides, I also had a chance to meet some good people in my life who became my close friends. They too assisted me in my endeavors to be an artist. I am highly indebted to my family and friends and thank all of them.
How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?
As I am an artist so I with my art try to bring happiness in people’s lives and smiles on their faces. I am very humble and kind to others. I even can never afford to find people suffering from any difficulty. I preach love and peace and want every one across the globe to live in peace and harmony.
Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?
Shun not the struggle, it is God’s gift!
This line has taught me never to leave struggling. Those who give up are the one who are the losers. I love working and striving hard. if I fail in my struggle to achieve anything, I don’t get depressed and demotivated but work and try even harder.
