Interview with CODY BARONE (@skatin

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

I’ve always been into trucks since i was a kid. I like working with my hands and figuring out how things work. Im just a really curious person.

Can you share the most interest in exciting happened to you since you started doing this?

I think the most interesting thing about growing the “skatin” brand is the relationships I’ve built with so many other like-minded individuals who enjoy modifying their vehicles to make them stand out

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?

I would say to be yourself. I think being yourself will attract a lot of the right people to you and things kind of just fall into place.

None of us can succeed without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story? *

Im grateful for my parents obviously, but especially my friends. My friends are big supporters of what I’m trying to achieve with the “skatin” brand. The name skatin came mostly from our group of friends as kind of a joke. We would always say our vehicle’s were “skatin” when we would put big wide wheels, with low profile tires on, which isn’t a traditional look. A lot of people don’t like the style, but it gets a lot of attention.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world? *

I try to keep everything light hearted and keep everyone laughing. Id like to be able to do more in the future as i grow.

Do you have a favorites “written Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

My favorite quote is “everything happens for a reason”. Some things i have experienced that i thought were tragic in the moment, led me to some of the coolest people and long term friendships

How can our readers follow you on social media?

I have my Instagram which is “@skatin” my twitter “@skatinnn” and my TikTok “@skatinn”. I also have a YouTube “DemolitionCowboy” which is where i post most of my heavy equipment videos.

Anything specific you’d like to have mentioned in the article? *

Nothing in particular
