Interview with Cheng (@thedreamybunny)
Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?
Living in New York City has inspired me so much over the years that I just felt the itch in my heads to do something about all the inspired ideas in my brain. One brave day, I took an action and started a blog to implement those ideas and today I have 700,000 above followers.
Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?
Always chase your dreams. Never ever give up on them. Everything is possible if you just take a plunge and take risks. Risks pay off, believe me. Trust your work is good and run with it.
None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?
I think I’m extremely lucky to my followers for respecting my art and my vulnerability to put my art out there. For fans, who supported me and made me believe in myself— I’m so grateful for them.
How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?
I try to take my followers on a journey with me. Of course, not everyone can always go and travel the world. I can and I try to give my viewer the same experience to make their lives beautiful.
Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?
Ashley Smith once said, “Life is full of beauty. Notice it. Notice the bumble bee, the small child, and the smiling faces. Smell the rain, and feel the wind. Live your life to the fullest potential, and fight for your dreams.”
How can our readers follow you on social media?
Fashion, travel, and food enthusiasts can look me up on Instagram (thedreambunny) and check out some of my work.
