Interview with Carolina Montemor @carolinamontemor

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

Since the pandemic started, I had to find another job, I was working as a receptionist in a hospital and I was invited to start broadcasting in a Live App called Bigo Live, in 1 year I reach the top status of the app, Top 3 America Host, 10 million beans in 7 months, break all records in 1 month, participated in some podcasts and interview, received a trophy and a lot of rewards.

Can you share the most interest in exciting happened to you since you started doing this?

In July, I was broadcasting and my support helped me to reach the top tier from bigo live app, I’m the only host in America that reached 3 million beans quota and break all records.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?

Work a lot, invest your time being online all the time, be charismatic with everyone, talk with you audience, sleep less and work hard, you will succeed

None of us can succeed without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

Yes, my support, he believed in me, my family, all friends that supported me but he was the one that believe in my dreams.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

Today I have my own agency that I can invite people to work as a broadcaster, I have 100 girls that work for me and I could help them change their life in this new work

Do you have a favorite “written Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

This is the real secret of life – to be completely engaged with what you are doing in the here and now. And instead of calling it work, realize it is play.

Anything specific you’d like to have mentioned in the article?

“Everybody wants to be successful, but nobody wants to do the work. I live by that. You grind hard so you can play hard. At the end of the day, you put all the work in, and eventually it’ll all pay off.
