Interview with Brendyn Wayne

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

Fitness has been my hobby and passion for a very long time. I have seen numerous people struggle with being fit and also learnt that with the right help, anyone can achieve their goals. I also found out that I had the gift of helping people reach their goals and thought of it as my passion as well.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

Burning out is very common in such fields as it is intensely physical and requires spending a lot of time with clients. I would recommend anyone in the industry to take the time out for themselves and nurture their private lives as well as their bodies.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

My friends and family have provided with all the support I could ask for. Without them, I don’t think I would have been at this stage of life right now. My wife and children provide me with the most motivation a man could dream of.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

I make sure to help people who come to me with the best of my ability. I try to help them first by inspiring them and motivating them into wanting to change and work hard to achieve their goals. After that, I carefully work with them to set a plan so that they can reach the goals. I can help people be better than they were yesterday.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

“Be proud of where you are compared to where you use to be be and where you could be! Life is golden!” I believe in this life goal as I think that for a person to be physically healthy, they need to take care of themselves mentally as well. One should always be proud of how far they have come and that negativity gets a person nowhere.
