Interview with Andrew Jung
Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?
Growing up between South Korea and the United States allowed me to be exposed to a lot of sports and in exploring that, somewhere along the line, I just fell in love with Golf. The unconventionality of the sport really pulled me to it.
Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?
Although I think there are many aside from me who are more qualified and experienced to give any such tips, but in the words of golf, I’d say to be an eagle. Fly high and aim for the heights.
None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?
My parents for encouraging me and not pushing me towards any other sport, and my coaches who I honestly wouldn’t have made it this far without.
How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?
Hopefully, seeing me, other kids are encouraged to pursue sports that might seem unconventional. Nothing is impossible if you just try.
Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?
My idol, Tiger Woods, said “no matter how good you get you can always get better, and that’s the exciting part.” I think that’s true in my case as well, considering I am still pretty young and the room to grow and improve will never end.
How can our readers follow you on social media?
