Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

What brought me to music & business were two things—my stepdad & brother. My stepdad is a very talented musician, and he had taught me guitar & piano at the age of 15 & my brother was giving me life lessons about finances & how to manage money. He would teach me about 401k’s, so I was undoubtedly knowledgeable about financial & music literacy. They both pushed me to go farther & which helped me find my career today.

Can you share the most exciting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

Since I started this journey, the most exciting story was when I was marketing for this NFT project to help it grow & making posts & tweets on Twitter. I was managing this project about Birds & another about a game. I went on writing a tweet about the morning & chirping when I hit send & go back to bed. I wake up to tons of notifications like what’s going on & everyone was worried, just one mistake can cause a lot, but thankfully, someone could delete it shortly after I had mistakenly posted it.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?

In the music & business industry, you can’t sell yourself short. Being innovative & coming up with new ideas & new ways to utilize other software & even NFT is a big game-changer. Sleep is critical; I’ve gone so many times without sleep or little to no rest; let me tell you, Health is wealth.

None of us can achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a person you are grateful for who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

From a young kid, my brother Douglas was my rich dad’s father figure, having that mentality & paving the path for me; he helped change my mindset for the better & got me not just with music but into the entrepreneurship side of it. He helped me get to where I am today by always allowing me to outsource & try everything. From real estate to door-to-door sales, I finally found my niche, music & entrepreneurship.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

I run a discord group chat that allows people to associate & network with each other. From bringing people together from all around, whether it’s a mechanic or real estate agent, in my discord, you can find & meet many people. I’ve used my influence to help others meet more people & not just sit on a screen for useless activities.

Do you have a favourite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

My favourite Life Lesson quote is, “Don’t be pushed around by the fears in your mind. Be led by the dreams in your heart.” I have often been fearful of venturing into a new instrument or business. Thankfully, I didn’t let fear in the way & followed what was in my heart.

How can our readers follow you on social media?

You can follow me on Instagram at @theprodigyjason.

Anything specific you’d like to have mentioned in the article?

I have an extensive NFT portfolio, investing in stocks and crypto. How I became aware of crypto was from YouTube videos about bitcoin mining. I wanted to build my mining rigs but saw how hard it was to get GPUs (graphics cards). So I researched & found the release days of the in-store drop and camped out for three days the first week and two days the second week. Thankfully, in the third & 4th weeks, we only did a couple of hours. I managed to get 25 graphics cards & used them to build 5 mining rigs. They were making me money; I called them my robotic employees.
