Interview with  ALVES @ (Just.alves)

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

I’ve been a helicopter pilot for over 10 years with a big passion for djing. After attending multiple music festivals, in 2019 I told myself I would one day play at these festivals. That’s when I decided to start djing. I’ve been producing since early 2020 and I’ve been finally releasing tracks with labels like house hats collective

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

Connecting with big DJ’s and flying them in helicopters. Also big DJ’s finally playing my songs in big festivals

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?

Take days off. We all need to decompress. I’m talking about completely disconnecting

None of us can succeed without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

I would not be able to get to where I am without my parents. They have been the most helpful throughout my life and supportive. Whatever I have tried to do my parents have backed me up financially and motivational

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

Charity event I have dj’d to raise money for Ukraine

Do you have a favourite “written Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

I believe a lot in karma, and our actions, good or bad, always return to us with the same intention, whether Don’t ever do something half way. Either go all the way or don’t go at all. I give it my all on everything I do until it either works or fail. But I can always say I’ve tried my hardest
